The house will likely be in the beginning phase of renovation. 

STEP 3

Finalize

Walk the home with one of our Custom Designers
and your real estate agent and we'll finalize your upgrade selections. 

STEP 2

Offer

Make an offer to purchase the home and if your offer is accepted, we'll open escrow. 
Let’s get the ball rolling on your dream home.

STEP 4

Renovation

Close escrow in 30 days or less! By Close of escrow, the renovation will be complete
and all the same real estate protocols will be followed. Appraisal, Inspection, Final Walk Through, etc.
