Here is how our typical transaction works:

An agent brings us a house and
represents us on the purchase.
2.
Our offer is accepted and we
close in as little as 72 hours.
3.
Our licensed independent general contractor performs a cosmetic rehabilitation of the house in a 3-6 week period.
4.
We have the agent that represented us on the purchase
relist the house for us also. The commission we pay out is based on how well the investment turns out. So if we win, our partner agent also wins.
